ABOUT IVO BOZUKOV

Energy Transition Leader

Ivo Bozukov is a motivated, driven and entrepreneurial-minded individual with a longstanding interest in renewable energy and energy transition. Since September 2021 he has held the position of vice president of energy transition at Forum Energy Technologies. This role involves outlining a development path for technologies that can be used by the company’s customers to deliver a positive environmental impact.

Forum Energy Technologies is a global oilfields products company that serves the drilling, subsea, production, completions, and infrastructure sectors of the gas and oil industry. The company has manufacturing and distribution facilities around the world and continues to grow organically via measured acquisition, such as the recent additions of Global Tubing and Global Heat Transfer. The latter is an industry leader in oilfield cooling equipment and radiators.

Sustainable Innovator

Ivaylo Bozoukov is also the director and founder of TrakiaBioProduct. In this capacity, he developed the company’s management infrastructure, supervised the initial hiring process and led the capital investment efforts. He also insured that TrakiaBioProduct was certified to the highest industry standards, which allowed the company to successfully operate within a highly competitive environment. TrakiaBioProduct is involved in the growing, protecting and harvesting of specialty crops, using advanced farming methods to produce a successful outcome. The company collects these crops and treats them for safe storage, operating an on-demand packaging process tailored to each client; its guiding principles are safety, quality and sustainability.

Education

Mr Bozukov cites his key strengths as strategic planning, contract negotiation, sales management, and business strategy, planning and development. He studied Accounting and Finance at Concord University in 2000 and graduated from Webster University with a BA degree in International Marketing and Management in 2003. He also attended executive management courses at the Jones Graduate School of Business and the London Business School. As well as English, he speaks both Russian and Spanish.
